The loves of my life! I seriously didn’t know it was possible to love something so much until I got Ghost (sorry Minnie.) She’s the SWEETEST and is always excited and happy to see you.
Don’t worry, I love Minnie too! I think it’s just we got Minnie when I was 5, so while we grew up together, I wasn’t really paying attention (or responsible enough to really take care of her.)
But watching Ghost grow up from a puppy has been like watching a baby grow up. I watched her learn how to navigate stairs, how NOT to be afraid of balloons, how to drink water from a bowl (without standing in the middle of a bowl) and more. Of course watching her grow has also meant having to discipline her. She is a little bit of a bully and we won’t tolerate that. She is a typical little sister in that whatever Minnie has (even if it’s the same thing), Ghost wants. And takes. It took a while to teach her that shoes and toys were NOT the same thing. Helping her to learn when Minnie is tired of Ghost playing with her (ie biting her ear), has been challenging but she FINALLY gets it.
I’ve also loved watching Ghost be – well – Ghost. Though she has gotten older, and smarter, her personality is just the same as it was when we got her. She’s curious, she’s a little mischievous, and above all she is loving!
